djk88 Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction & General Information

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply between djk88 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this website ("you", "member"). By visiting the djk88.bar website, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you agree to this entire agreement.

djk88 is an online casino and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh. We are committed to maintaining a safe and reliable environment. This agreement sets out users' rights and responsibilities, platform rules, and the process for resolving disputes.

No claim will be accepted on the grounds of not understanding or not reading these terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use services at djk88. If an account belonging to a minor is found, it will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or identity is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or cancellation.

2.4 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

djk88 currently supports three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet. Deposits and withdrawals can be made easily and securely through these three methods.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (for each method)

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required in some cases due to the verification process.

3.4 Fund Verification

We ensure that all funds come from legitimate sources. For suspicious transactions, additional documentation may be requested for verification.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

4.3 Bonus Violations

If a member abuses the bonus policy or claims bonuses using multiple accounts, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

djk88's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can move to higher tiers through regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the djk88 platform:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or deception
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Fraudulent collusion with other players
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Claiming bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, all balances and winnings may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

6 Game Rules

6.1 General Game Terms

All games available on djk88 — live casino, slots, fishing games, sports betting — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. As a user, you agree to follow the specific rules of each game.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs during a game (internet disconnection, server down, etc.), the system will attempt to automatically save the game state. However, djk88 is not liable for any loss caused by technical disruptions.

6.3 Sports Betting

The odds displayed when placing a bet in the sports betting section are final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally cancelled and funds are returned, though specific rules may apply.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

djk88 protects your personal information with the highest importance. All data transfers are secured through SSL encryption technology. We do not sell or share your information with any third party, though we may provide information to the relevant authorities when legally required.

For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. If a resolution is not reached through support, both parties may resolve the dispute through mediation.

11 Changes to Terms

djk88 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Efforts will be made to notify registered members of changes, but it is your responsibility to read the latest terms regularly.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the updated terms.

12 Responsible Gaming Policy

djk88 takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that gambling is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. You are encouraged to follow the guidelines below:

• Do not bet more than you can afford
• Avoid the urge to bet more in order to recover lost money
• Take regular breaks and spend time on other activities
• Avoid gambling with borrowed money
• If you experience a gaming problem, reach out for help
